Don’t be in denial about summer coming and one of those people who two weeks before July 4th decides they’re going to go on a crash diet of juices, detoxes, cleanses and cardio. Because, duh, cardio will do the job right?
Don’t do that. Don’t be that person. That sounds horrible.
I feel like I should get this out there from the start before we get to know each other better. So here it is: I refuse to put a label on my ‘diet’ or how I eat. I also just HATE the word diet. I hate it. If you label yourself in anyway I believe mentally there’s an instant sense of restriction.
There are already what feels like a bajillion people out there doing the nutrition/lifestyle blog thing and they do it so well - heck I am friends with some of these people and I always point others to their blogs.
